Dr. Janice G. Frazier is a distinguished business, civic, and civil rights leader whose decades of experience include leadership with Jay, Gregory & Associates in Detroit and service as Chair of the Michigan Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, reflecting her longstanding commitment to advancing equity, opportunity, and community empowerment.

VICE CHAIR

Lottie Shackelford was the first woman elected to serve as Mayor of Little Rock, Ark., and remains the capital city's only female African American mayor to date. She went on to serve as Chair of the Democratic Party of Arkansas and as the longest-serving Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee. She currently serves as DNC Vice Chair Emeritus and Chair of the DNC Women's Caucus.

SECRETARY/TREASURER

Kathy Nealy is a veteran political strategist and public affairs consultant whose career spans national and Texas politics, corporate and government affairs, and civic engagement. She previously served as a Lead Advance consultant in the Clinton White House.

Dr. Bernice A. King, daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King, is a peace advocate and Chief Executive Officer of The King Center, the living memorial to her father's legacy founded by her mother.

LaBarron Boone is a Principal at Beasley Allen Law Firm, a national plaintiff's litigation firm based in Alabama. He is the first African American partner at a major law firm in Montgomery.

Nichole Francis Reynolds is an attorney, a seasoned public policy and corporate affairs executive, and the Founder of Habitude Sports, with more than two decades of experience across government, business, law, and advocacy.

Tanya Lombard is a distinguished corporate and civic leader who serves as Vice President of Global External Affairs at AT&T, where she leverages decades of experience in public policy, government relations, strategic partnerships, and community engagement to advance initiatives that strengthen communities and expand opportunity.
