The Southern Youth Leadership Development Institute's Rosa L. Parks Anniversary Interfaith Service is a sacred gathering grounded in spiritual reflection, moral courage, leadership development, and collective responsibility, challenging a new generation to confront the social, educational, and civic issues impacting communities across our nation.

This year’s service will feature Rev. Dr. Kevin R. Johnson, Senior Pastor of the historic Abyssinian Baptist Church, as keynote speaker. His ministry has consistently called individuals not only to faith, but to action, reminding communities that justice work requires courage, compassion, discipline, and hope.

His message will offer both spiritual encouragement and a call to action, reminding attendees of their responsibility, influence, and power to shape a more just and compassionate society.

The Interfaith Service is open to the public. There is no cost to attend, and advance registration is encouraged. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
